Six Qualities That Run Through Every Engagement

These are the qualities that our clients reference most often when asked what made working with Persana useful.

Practitioner Expertise

Our team has worked inside Singapore HR functions. The people advising you have held the roles you are working with — not studied them from the outside.

Structured Process Rigour

Every engagement follows a proven methodology with defined stages and outputs. You always know where the work is and what the deliverable will contain.

Practical AI Application

We treat AI as a practical tool. Our recommendations reflect what it can realistically do in HR contexts today — with an equally clear view of where its limitations apply.

Direct Practitioner Access

You deal directly with the practitioners doing the analysis. Questions get answered quickly, and the reasoning behind our recommendations is always available to discuss.

Transparent, Fixed Pricing

Our fees are published upfront and complete. No variable rates, no scope creep charges, no surprises at invoice time. You know the cost before you commit.

Actionable Outputs

Our deliverables are designed to inform decisions. Every report includes clear interpretive guidance and prioritised next steps — not just findings.

In Depth

What Each Benefit Means in Practice

Professional Expertise

Built on Real HR Experience

There is a meaningful difference between consultants who have studied HR analytics and practitioners who have worked inside HR functions. At Persana, our team has held People Analytics, HR Operations, and HR Technology roles within Singapore organisations. We know what a useful analytics question looks like, what data is typically available and in what state, and what realistic barriers to HR data use exist inside most organisations.

This means our recommendations are calibrated to what is actually achievable — not what is theoretically possible in an ideal data environment.

Technology & Innovation

AI as Infrastructure, Not Spectacle

Our AI-Assisted Recruitment Process Review was designed specifically to address the gap between the marketing claims of AI HR tools and their practical value. We evaluate AI augmentation points based on where they can genuinely reduce inconsistency, improve signal quality, or reduce administrative burden — and we are equally direct about where AI tools are not yet reliable or where their use introduces fairness risks that outweigh benefits.

We have no commercial relationships with HR technology vendors, which means our assessments are independent.

Customer Service

A Collaborative Working Relationship

We treat engagements as a collaboration between Persana's analytical capacity and your organisation's contextual knowledge. We check interpretations against your knowledge of the organisation, ask for input at key stages, and walk through findings in a live session before finalising any report. This produces outputs that are more accurate, more credible internally, and more likely to inform real decisions.

Value & Pricing

Fixed Fees, No Ambiguity

Our three service engagements are priced at SGD 460, SGD 980, and SGD 2,100 respectively — and those figures are complete. There are no day-rate billing arrangements, no additional charges for the stakeholder walkthrough session, and no separate fees for the final report. For HR teams managing fixed budgets, this clarity matters before any commitment is made.

Results & Outcomes

Findings That Lead Somewhere

A finding is only useful if it leads to a clearer decision or a better-informed action. We structure deliverables around what comes next — not just what we found. Every report includes a prioritised set of recommendations with enough context to understand the reasoning behind each, and our walkthrough sessions explore the implications with relevant stakeholders. We also tell you what we cannot conclude from the available data — because knowing the limits of an analysis is as important as knowing what it shows.

Distinctive Features

What Sets Our Practice Apart

Question-First Scoping

Our scoping process starts with the decisions your organisation is trying to make — not the data you happen to have. This produces outputs that are relevant to actual questions being asked, not a generic survey of data contents.

Integrated Fairness Review

Our recruitment review integrates a structured fairness and consistency analysis at every stage — not as a compliance add-on, but as a core analytical component. This approach is aligned with TAFEP guidelines.

Stakeholder-Readable Deliverables

Every Persana report is written to be read by CHRO, CPO, and HR leadership — not just analytics functions. This makes it significantly easier to gain internal alignment and act on recommendations without an additional translation layer.

Singapore-Native Practice

We are based in Singapore, our team has worked inside Singapore organisations, and all methodology is informed by Singapore employment law and MOM guidelines. This is not an imported consulting model adapted for the region.
