How does Persana approach each engagement?

Each engagement begins with a scoping conversation to understand the specific questions your HR and leadership teams are working to answer. We design the work around your actual context — which means the outputs are relevant to your situation rather than a standard template applied uniformly.

How long do engagements typically take?

The HR Data Quality Assessment typically runs 2–3 weeks from data access to final report. The AI-Assisted Recruitment Process Review takes 3–4 weeks. Talent Analytics & Workforce Planning engagements are scoped individually, generally running 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the data environment and the number of questions being addressed.

What data does our organisation need to provide?

This depends on the engagement. For analytics and data quality work, we discuss data sharing arrangements during scoping, including format, volume, and confidentiality measures. For the recruitment review, we primarily work with process documentation and stakeholder conversations. We outline data requirements clearly before any work begins.

Are these engagements suitable for smaller HR teams?

Yes. Our work is designed to be practical and proportionate. Smaller HR teams often benefit most from clearly scoped, bounded engagements rather than open-ended consulting arrangements.
